Who we are
MMSPhil Maritime Services, Inc. was originally established as Philasia & Shipping Agency Corporation on
02 June 1982. In the same year, the company received its accreditation certificate as a Licensed Manning
Agency from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). On 09 September 2004, the
company changed its name to MMSPhil Maritime Services, Inc. to honor its long-time affiliation with
MMS Co., Ltd of Tokyo, Japan.
